Above the lock plate an iron rooster and below the lock plate an iron trigger guard with trigger, lock plate is engraved with a plant motif. The flask is entirely made of wood and is attached to the lock with a screw. The gun was dredged from a ditch behind the Alexander barracks in The Hague, Netherlands, anonymous, West-Europa, c. 1825 - c. 1875, slot, kolf, engraving, l 25 cm h 20.9 cm.
