Bob Scott was the only member of the 1947 All Black side in Australia who neither drank nor smoked. He plays great attention to physical fitness and is a perfect model for all younger players to emulate. He has already been training for several weeks in preparation for the new season in Auckland. Here he jogs around Grey Lynn Park in the early hours of the morning with his two protegees Doug Teague (left) and Archie Whorskey. What hundreds of other boys would give. to work out and be coached by this great football star! July 13, 1951.
