The chair is a ladder-shaped frame with a race ring suspended around a mast, which stands on a round base, with a fall over the disc at the top of the mast, the frame is hoisted and lowered for aiming and loading. A beam with a metal chamber and flint lock is mounted on each leg of the frame with a set of brackets. The flint locks have tractors with holes for a tractor rope. The head of the rocket is placed under two brackets in the room.
