The Golden Horns of Gallehus, discovered in Gallehus, north of Mogeltonder, Southern Jutland, Denmark. The horns date to the early 5th century, the beginning of the Germanic Iron Age. The original horns were stolen and melted down in 1802. Replicas of the horns must thus rely on 17th and 18th-century drawings that also having been stolen and retrieved twice, in 1993 and in 2007. Museum of Denmark.
