Titanic Engineers. Photograph of Titanic's engineers, including 14 of the lost officers. The photograph was taken when many of the Titanic's officers were attached to the Olympic. The names of those who were moved to the Titanic and perished with her are: (1) W.D. Mackie, junior fifth; (2) F.A. Parsons, senior fifth; (3) P. Sloan, senior electrician; (4) H. Jupe, assistant electrician; (5) F. Coy, junior assistant third; (6) B. Wilson, senior assistant second; (7) L. Hodgkinson, senior fourth; (8) A. Ward, junior assistant fourth; (9) J. Shepherd, junior assistant second; (10) H. Harvey, junior assistant second; (11) H. Dyer, junior assistant fourth; (12) R. Millar, junior fifth; (13) J. Hesketh, second engineer; (14) G.F. Hosking, senior third. Titanic was built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast Ireland during 1910 - 1911 on the 15th April, 1912, and sank after striking an iceberg off the coast of New Foundland during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New York, USA, with the loss of 1,522 passengers and crew.
