Lt. General Sir Brian Robertson has served as Deputy Governor and British Representative on the Co-ordinating Committee of the Allied Control Council since 1945. After serving during the first World War Sir Brian Robertson remained with the Army until 1933 when he retired to take up a business appointement on South Africa until 1939. May 7, 1950.
