Jinan Incident: Shootings of Armies and Negotiators

From May 3rd to 4th, Japanese armies used the excuse of protecting expatriates, and shot in Jinan, killing China's 5000 army members. Kuomintang's special negotiator Caigong's ear and nose were cut off, while 17 other diplomatic personnel were killed. This was the "Jinan Incident". After the news spread to Shanghai, anti-Japanese sentiments spread. Pictured are protest groups from Qingxin Girl's School.
