The Granada cinema, Tooting, London, 1931, (1933). The Granada, Tooting: 'modelled on the Spanish-Moorish architecture of the city from which it took its name.' Interior of the newly-opened cinema, built in luxurious Art Deco style, which was later granted Grade I Listed status. It is considered by many to be the most spectacular cinema in Britain.
