Shield Burgundian shield with the coat of arms of the city of Cologne, oblong spherical shield with rounded top edge, tapered down to a truncated point above which two holes. The unpainted interior has four fixing points for leather belts, in the middle a diamond pattern of tacks, probably to attach a leather cushion. The front is painted with black leaf vines and flowers on a red background, framed by a yellow-black border. In the middle a weapon with three crowns (Cologne).
