Gador (Almería), August 1910. Infanticide: accused of the murder of the child Bernardo González: (1) Francisco Leona Romero, (2) Julio Hernández Rodríguez (3), José Hernández Rodríguez (4), Pedro Hernández (father of the two last). They took the child and after putting him in a sack they murdered him so that Francisco Ortega "El Moruno" could drink his blood. He also applied the child's "butters" to his chest, thinking that this would heal his ailments. This crime gave rise to the legend of "The Boogeyman.".
