William Augustus Fraser of Morar, 4th Baronet (1826-1898), British politician, author and collector of Scottish extraction. Between 1857 and 1880 be was Member of Parliament for Barnstaple (1857-1859), Ludlow (1863-1865), and Kidderminster (1874-1880). Campaigner for metropolitan sanitary reform.
