Japanese General Araki

Tokyo, Japan:  March, 1936 General Araki was implicated as one of of the behind the scene leaders of the recent revolutionary uprising in Japan known as the February 26 Incident. It was a failed coup d'etat attempt against certain elders in the ruling government. Araki was the prinicipal proponent of the Kodaha political faction which represented the radical and ultranationalist elements of the Japanese Army.
