Hieroglyphs, Temple of Kom-Ombo, Luxor, Egypt, 20th Century. Kom Ombo is actually two temples consisting of a Temple to Sobek and a Temple of Haroeris. It was begun by Ptolemy VI Philometer (c191-145 BC) and was added to by his successors, notably Ptolemy XIII (c62-47 BC).
