Ras Taffari wishing to modernise his Court, has decided to creat an Opera and Ballet, which will both be organised and headed by Miss Lia Niako, the beautiful dancer. Miss Lia Niake is now in Paris seeking artists to complete her troupe, and will also visit London prior to her departure for Abyssinia. O.P.S.
