Microadenoma, MRI

78 year old female with abnormal hormone levels (hyperprolactinemia). 3.0T MRI of the sella turcica reveals a 2mm non-enhancing, cystic lesion in the right side of the pituitary gland consistent with microadenoma. 2 mm post gadolinium sagittal T1 image.
