He was responsible for many of the military successes of Octavian, among which the naval victory of the Battle of Actium against Antony and Cleopatra VII of Egypt. Located during the excavations of the "Tower of the Inscriptions" in Butrint in the 1980s. Dated in the last quarter of I century b.C. Ruins of Butrint Museum. Republic of Albania.
