Charlotte Cecile Furtado.

Charlotte Cecile Furtado (Furtado-Heine) was a French philanthropist, (1821 and 1896). During the war of 1870, Furtado-Heine supported the Red Cross and organized an ambulance service for the repatriation of wounded. Bestowed with the Legion D'Honneur by President of the Republic, Felix Faure.
