THE LOVERS OF ALEXANDERPLATZ / The TV film of the week Germany 2001 / Detlef Rönfeldt Ruth Levenstein lives with her daughter Liz and her family in New York. Ruth, who is half Jewish, has not visited her hometown of Berlin since she fled Germany from the Nazi regime in 1942.
