Title: Magnesium hydroxide precipitate
Caption: Magnesium hydroxide precipitate (Mg(OH)2) formed by adding few drops of a 1M solution of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to 0.2 M solution of magnesium chloride (MgCl2). The reaction is MgCl2 + NaOH -> Mg(OH)2 + NaCl. This is an example of a double replacement reaction.
