Riot at the Constitution Hill gate of Buckingham Palace, 21st May 1914. Two women on the right pull at the reins of a police horse. A woman behind the horse  climbs onto the railings. The suffragettes had wanted to seek an audience with  King George V. He declined to receive them and the riot ensued. There were many reports of police brutality.
