Millbrook Proving Ground, Bedfordshire, 2000. Millbrook is a dedicated automotive testing facility built by Vauxhall and Bedford in the 1960s. Building on the experience of their North American parent company, Millbrook followed the succesful example set by the General Motors proving ground at Milford, Michigan.
