Caption: watercolor drawing of the face of a man who had hypertrophic cirrhosis of the liver. There are numerous venous stigmata on the face and neck, some of which bled profusely at intervals. The patient was jaundiced and he drank alcohol to excess. Drawn by Thomas Godart, 1886.
