BEYONCE, JAY Z and Julius. Aug 19, 2009 - Dubrovnik, Croatia - BEYONCE (obscured) and JAY-Z watch as bodyguard JULIUS chucks a videographers tripod into the sea after he got into a physical altercation with him. Beyonce walked ahead of the commotion and never turned around even after boarding the dingy that took the group to their yacht.. The couple were about 200 yards from an exclusive restaurant called Gil's in Dubrovnik, Croatia where they visited on their yacht called 'Va bene,' owned by singer E Clapton. The bodyguard got physical twice with photographers, first grabbing a photographer by the neck on the way into the restaurant and then later kicking a videographer and breaking the light off from his camera. The videographer fought back, throwing his tripod at Julius. The bodyguard responded by throwing the tripod into the sea. The videographer, Dragan Banovic, owner of Dubrovnik TV, filed a police report. The incident happened at 1:30am. Beyonce, Jay-Z the bodyguard and the yacht were all gone by the time the sun came up. 19/08/2009
