Adolf Hitler visiting the occupied city of Paris, 1940. The two officers to the left of the Nazi leader are Colonel-General (later Field Marshal) Wilhelm Keitel and Colonel Hans Speidel. Speidel would later be involved in the plot to assassinate Hitler in July 1944. He survived the reprisals after the plot and became a senior general in NATO after the war. The photographer is unknown.
