cervical spine

This oblique view of a normal cervical spine clearly shows the neural foramina which are the bony tunnels through which the nerve roots arising from the cervical spinal cord exit the spinal canal to enter the neck. Bony spurs narrowing the neural foramina are usually well demonstrated on this view.
