Todd, F.R.S., to be Chairman of the British Government's Advisory Council on Scientific Policy on the retirement of Sir Henry Tizard, F.R.S., at the end of March this year.Professor A.R. Todd, F.R.S., has been Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Cambridge since 1944. He was born in 1907 and was educated at Allan Glen's school, University of Glasgow. He is a Fellow of Christs Collegfe, Cambridge. May 01, 1952.
