Track Suit -- Appropriately enough, this neat little number (the dress, of course) is named "Winning Time." Designed by Lynn Lester, California designer, it is modeled at Hollywood Park's exclusive Turf Club. The dress is of raw silk, has cap sleeves, slash pockets and leather-lined belt.
