Deinonychus attack scene

Group of Deinonychus attacking a tenontosaurus adult in the Early Cretaceous. The whiplash tail of this plant-eating hypsilophodontid, along with its heavy, clawed feet, was used for defense and was capable of injuring its attackers, but provided insufficient defense against a pack of these ferocious carnivores.
