Men wearing safety harnesses positioning the crescent finial on the domed roof of the prayer hall at the London Central Mosque, as it is lowered from above by a crane. The finial was manufactured from glass-fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) in Northamptonshire, and painted in South Wales to give a gold coloured finish.
