Red Anna' Is Promoted -- Mme. Anna Pauker Rumania's foreign minister and now appointed a vice premier, talking with Czech premier Antonin Zapotocky (also a Communist) during the Czech visit to Bucharest to exchange ratification documents on the defense treaty agreed by the two nations. Mme. Pauker, known as 'Red Anna' from her ardent communist sympathies, replaces as vice premier one of the general Cominform policy to strengthen the power of the Soviet-type presidium at the expense of the norm.
