Green lead glazed bowl, Liao dynasty, china, 11th century. An earthernware bowl with full body and slightly incurving rim covered both inside and out with a splashed emerald-green glaze over a white slip. The glaze goes down three quarters of the exterior, the unglazed parts reveal the clay body.
