A Moony wedding or "blessing ceremony" at Madison Square Garden, where Reverend Sun Myung Moon spiritually married over 2000 couples in 1982. Moon (born 1920 in Korea) is the founder of the Unification Church. He believes that he is the Second Coming of Christ. He frequently conducts mass spiritual weddings among his followers.
