Handcuffed and heavily guarded by police, Silvester Matuska, tall, bearded, forty-two year old Hungarian found guilty of mass murder in his native land, was put on a train at Vienna to be sent back to Budapest. Matuska was tried and sentenced to death in connection with the wrecking of the Budapest-Vienna express at Bia Torbagy in 1931, but has so far managed to avoid the carrying out of the sentence.
