Thermometers intercomparing Reaumur, Celsius, and Fahrenheit temperature scales taken from "Naturwunder Im Reiche der Luft", Natural Wonders in the Realm of Air, 1870. Reamur, a temperature scale on which water freezes at 0 degrees and boils at 80 degrees. Celsius a temperature scale in which 0° represents the ice point and 100° the steam point. Fahrenheit temperature scale in which 32° represents the ice point and 212° the steam point.
