On July 8, 1982, the second Semifinal match of the 82 World Cup between the National Teams of Federal Germany and France was played at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuan stadium in Seville. This is one of the Best Matches in the history of the Soccer World Cups. The result was a three-goal draw, after even an extra time was played. In the Penalty Shots, the Germans won 5-4.
