John Loder - English-born actor John Loder, 57, a naturalized U.S. citizen, heard a London divorce court judge rule Wednesday that he has made his home in Britain. That means his divorce petition against his 38-year-old American wife Evelyn can be heard in London. Loder is claiming £25,000 damages against the co-respondent, 33-year-old Thomas Wertheimer, The judge said there was very good reason Why Loder should wish to bring his divorce case in England - the damages claim against the co-respondent.
