Henri Salmet, the great Bleriot pilot, at Hendon, London, 1912 (1933). Henri Salmet (1878-1929) was an early French aviator. In July and August 1912 he took part in the Wake Up England aviation tour organised by Claude Grahame-White, and sponsored by the Daily Mail newspaper aiming to promote public interest in aviation.
