Santa Monica (California), Friday. - Hoagy Carmichael, famous composer of Stardust and other hit tines was sued for divorce today after 19 years of marriage. Mrs Ruth Carmichael alleged unspecified acts of mental cruelty in her brief complaint. she said a property settlement had been made. The couple have agreed to joint custody of their two sons. Hoagy June 16, and Randolph 15. January 14, 1953.
