A flying crane on the outside wall against a ground of 'crackled ice' in a lobed cartouche, lotus vines around the cartouche, the outer edge with a decorative band, the inner edge with shading. Marked on the bottom with the seal mark 'Fú' in a double circle. Blue and white, ornament derived from plant forms, shore birds and wading birds: crane, anonymous, China, c. 1700, Qing-dynasty (1644-1912) / Kangxi-period (1662-1722), porcelain (material), glaze, cobalt (mineral), vitrification, h 4.5 cm d 6 cm d 5.5 cm.
