Malcolm Macdonald with Malcolm John MacDonald OM PC (17 August 1901 - 11 January 1981) was a British politician and diplomat. Bao Dai (22 October 1913 - 30 July 1997), was the 13th and final emperor of the Nguyen dynasty, the last ruling family of Vietnam. Leon Marie Adolphe Pascal Pignon (April 19, 1908 - April 4, 1976) was the French high commissioner in Indochina from October 1948 until December 1950.
