Portrait of Eleonora or Aragon, Eleonora of Aragon is depicted three-quarters to the left and with the head in profile against a flat background, enclosed on three sides by a frame with flat leaf motif and below by a smooth frame, on which her name, DIA HELIONORA. On the head she wears a cloth pinned to a hood, which is covered with balls, covers the neck and releases the forehead and part of the hair. Her 'velvet' rug with puffy sleeves shows a pomegranate motif. Underneath a second dress and a shirt with a decorated border. Around the neck a necklace with a ribbon with diamond shaped pendant. A hole has been made for a decorative stone (?), Eleonora van Aragon, Sperandio di Bartolommeo Savelli (attributed to), Ferrara (stad), c. 1473, marble (rock), h 28.5 cm × w 23.5 cm × d 2.8 cm × w 4240.
