Satirical depicting Italo Balbo (1896-1940) an Italian Blackshirts, leader of Italy's Marshal of the Air Force, Governor-General of Libya, Commander-in-Chief of Italian North Africa and 'heir apparent' to Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. Balbo is shown building a wall to keep out the Geneva Doves. Illustrated by George Morrow (1869-1955) an Irish cartoonist and book illustrator. Dated 20th Century.
