Frederick I.

Frederick I, July 11, 1657-25. February 1713, Hohenzollern was the first Prussian king; since 1688 as Friedrich III. Margrave of Brandenburg and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire and sovereign duke in Prussia, he took the name Friedrich I as king in 1701.
