Muller Factory in Vienna, 1815, rosewood, ivory, maple, copper, silk, elm, mahogany, wool, glued, General: 234 x 119 x 54cm 2340 x 1190 x 540mm, Grand piano with a vertical upright string case , Empire style giraffe model. The pleated upholstery of the string box is made of beige artificial silk and secured with a cotton ribbon. The front panel is separate from the case and is fixed by two pins. A blue felt strip of fabric is woven through the strings. The string case has an S-shaped volute and four copper rosettes, three on the corners and the fourth in the curl. On the right side of the string box, an extra lid has been made under which there is a secret compartment. The rectangular base cabinet has three pedals. The front panel is loose and can be removed. In the center of this panel is a diamond of mahogany and rosewood separated by a gold-colored trim, with a painted depiction of two crossed horns with floral scroll, harp and two trumpets. The piano has five and a half octaves of white and black ivory keys. Above the keyboard is a wooden plate with the text: C Müller Wien 1815. In the lower case a box with 68 old hammers, one of which has a different shape and a handful of pieces of wood with felt, 1938.
