Britische Geburtstagsparade zu Ehren der Königin in Berlin

A parade of the British garrison in honour of Queen Elizabeth II.'s birthday takes place on the 13th of June in 1957 on Maifeld in front of the Olympia Stadium in Berlin. Many honorary guests came, amongst them the three allied town majors. The Soviet town major sent his apologies. As the Royal flag was hoisted (see picture), all guests got up in honour of the Queen, who was not present in person. 11/06/1959
