Strip of bobbin lace with heart-shaped motifs between occiolini loops, Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace: occhiolini. The repeating pattern consists of three inverted heart-shaped motifs in a rectangular field that is formed by a jumble of loops. The loops are formed by a narrow ribbon that has been clinked in linen strokes with open-worked edges on one side and that constantly winds over itself. The hearts come from this continuous ribbon and are partly cost in linen with a curved edge on the outside and a decorative ground on the inside with open stitches and elongated spiders in net stroke. The loops are connected by hooking in where they touch each other, some extra connections are made with braids. The rectangular fields are connected to each other by a vertical column, formed by a zigzag braid and fixed with a hook between the loops of the successive rectangular fields. The top and bottom of the strip are finished straight, the underside of which has a border with lacing holes and braids that is finished with a painted edge of the bow., Judgment of Cambyses: the appoints Sisamnes' son to succeed his father judgment seat (possibly flaying or Sisamnes visible), anonymous, Milaan, c. 1900 - c. 1924, linen (material), tape lace (bobbin lace), l 41 cm × w 14 cm ×, 19 cm
