Africa is personified by a man in an animal skin, seen from behind, in a landscape with palms, an elephant, a lying camel, a walking bird and mountains. In his right hand he holds an arrow, in his left hand a bow, on his back is an arrow quiver. It stands on a plinth with the inscription AFRICA. America is personified by a man with a feather headdress, an arrow quiver on the back, a bow and arrow in the left hand and a parrot in the right hand. It stands on a plinth with the inscription AMERICA on the banks of a river in a landscape with trees, a monkey, a fox and two dogs (?). On the river a man in a rowing boat, on the other side of the river two men are busy with a roasting spit. The four scenes are separated from each other by means of columns, which are connected to each other by volutes. On the capitals of the columns, starting with the column to the left of Europe, are a peacock, a pelican and a parrot.
