Choroidal Rupture From Trauma

Choroidal rupture, vitreous hemorrhage, and commotio retinae caused by blunt trauma to the eye. The choroidal rupture is located to the left of the optic disc with a vitreous hemorrhage inferior to it. Commotio retinae is the pale area to the left of the rupture caused by the traumatic disruption of the photo receptor layer.
