Dimensions: Sheet: 30 1/8 × 23 in. (76.5 × 58.4 cm) Mount: 31 3/4 × 23 3/4 in. (80.7 × 60.3 cm). Published in: Mexico City. Publisher: José Bernardo de Hogal (Spanish/Mexican, 1641-1741). Date: ca. 1730-40. Broadside in honor of Juan Antonio Vizarrón y Eguiarreta (1682-1747), Archbishop of Mexico (r. 1730-1747) and 38th Viceroy of New Spain (r. 1734-1740). His coat of arms appears in the upper centre left those in the upper centre right belong of the Archbishopric of Mexico. Central panel set within a frame of repeating motifs comprising heads in a half circular frame, on the outer edge another decorative printed frame comprising a small child in repeating lunettes. Within the border are other motifs (vase and basket) printed in gold.
