Yu Jing Ting Pavilion

Yu Jing Ting Pavilion atop the Hill of Accumulated Elegance, in the garden area of the Forbidden City. The Forbidden City, when opened to the public in 1925 was renamed the Palace Museum, and was home to the Ming and Qing dynasties. Building took fourteen years, and was completed in 1420. Covering 720,000 square meters, it is the largest and best preserved palace in the world.
